• All studio rental packages do not include an engineer. We can provide an engineer on request for an additional cost.

• The piano is always available for use, but if you need it tuned especially that'll be an extra of $200 and we need at least 1 week notice.

• The temperature of the studio is 72-73F. It cannot be changed. That is to keep the gear in an impeccable shape year-round.

• You are welcome to use our computer, interface and softwares (see description below) or connect your own. However, if you use ours you must backup your session. We do not take responsibility for any lost data.

• We will keep your session saved in the system for 30 days, to back you up, and then we'll need to clear it to make room for others.
